When you contact us via the contact form, your details (name, email address, phone number, message) are processed to handle your request. Data transmission is carried out via the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree processes your data in accordance with their privacy policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after your request has been dealt with, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. Appointment Booking
For online appointment booking, we use an external service. The booking calendar is only loaded after your active consent. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit our website, server log files are automatically recorded (IP address, browser type, timestamp). This data is collected solely to ensure smooth operation and is automatically deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
